Turkey and Deer hunting guide
Archery Deer and turkey season is Sept. 15-Nov. 13, 2015 and Nov. 25, 2015-Jan. 15, 2016. Limits are two turkeys of either sex. Both may be taken on the same day.
Using an archer's hunting permit, two deer, which may be of either sex, but only one antlered deer may be taken before Nov. 14.
Fall firearms turkey season is Oct. 1-31, 2015 with limits of two turkeys of either sex. Both may be taken on the same day.
Deer hunting firearms guide
Youth: Oct. 31-Nov. 1, 2015, and Jan. 2-3, 2016. To participate, you must be at least six and no older than 15 on the opening day of the early youth portion. Only one deer of either sex may be taken during the early youth portion. Only one antlered deer may be taken during firearms deer season (all portions combined). The antler-point restriction does not apply during the youth portions.
November portion: Nov. 14-24, 2015. Only one antlered deer may be taken during the firearms deer season. Antlerless portion is Nov. 25-Dec. 6, 2015. You may harvest only anterless deer during this portion of firearms deer season.
Alternative methods portion: Dates are Dec. 19-29, 2015. Only one antlered deer may be taken during the firearms deer season (all portions combined). Firearms allowed include muzzleloading or cap-and-ball firearms, .40 caliber or larger and capable of firing only a single projectile at one discharge.
