It has been quite a week here in Breckenridge. There are auction signs up on two properties here in town and those events are expected to take place soon. The Junior High Girls Basketball Team met Brunswick Thursday evening to secure a victory in their first home outing of the season. Members of the team are Jayde Keithley, Kylee Allred, Megan Sayers, Shaylee Walker and Jackie Adams. A dinner followed by presentation on the Titanic was held Tuesday at the school.
And this in from Felisha Reed: "Breckenridge FCCLA recently attended the 2015 FCCLA Region 2 Meeting. Members created a banner for role call; President, Stevie Sollars, Vice President, Nick Kelsey, and Treasurer, Charlie Henderson, carried the banner on stage and announced our chapter’s attendance. Great job guys! I am very proud of the professionalism all members displayed yesterday!"
On Saturday evening the town seemed to be overrun by short creatures of varying odd appearance, and because the weather had taken a turn for the better, a good time seemed to be had by all.
