New Lodging in Hamilton

With the launch of Morning Star Inn and Retreat Cottage, opened by Mike and Teressa Ford, comes some much needed lodging to Hamilton and Caldwell County. The venture is the brain storm of Ashley Lee and has involved the entire Ford family.

The Inn, formerly M&M apartments and located at 409 South Davis, has two completed suites sleeping four people each. An additional two suites will be added.

The Retreat Cottage, located south of the Inn has been renovated for group rental, catering especially to quilters. The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms with six twin beds. In addition, the sitting area has two harvests tables with an adjoining room fitted with cutting and ironing stations. Both the Inn and Cottage were furnished by Barn Gypsies.
