Police chase in Polo

Polo experienced a Police chase late Thursday night, September 9, around 9:00 pm.  The suspect's car crashed through a fence at the Polo High School near the football field entrance. The police apprehended Jason R. Rice, age 37, from Lexington, MO. He was arrested through Ray County last night around 10:31 p.m. on a felony parole warrant, felony resisting arrest, felony leaving the scene of an accident, possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, careless and imprudent driving, and excessive speed violation (100 mph in a 60 mph zone).
