RELAY FOR LIFE
Polo National Honor Society is hosting its first Relay For Life event on April 16, 2016. The theme is “Paint Your World Purple” and Monday, December 14th was the kick-off day for spirit week to bring cancer awareness to students. Between now and April 16th, the school will be holding fundraiser events that will be open to the public. We encourage the community and surrounding communities to get involved! This is not only a wonderful opportunity for the Polo school district but a great opportunity for our community and Caldwell County. Teams can be made up of families, church groups, sporting teams, and even classrooms! The more involved the more successful the event will be. NHS is also gathering a list of survivors for the event. Survivors can be individuals currently fighting cancer or individuals who have beat cancer. Please go to the following link and sign up your teams today!
