Wanda Faye Stubbs

Wanda Faye Stubbs, 85, Hamilton, MO, passed away on June 5, 2025, at the Cameron Regional Medical Center, Cameron, MO.  

Wanda was born April 25, 1940, the youngest child of Marshall and Mae Etta (Peterson) Cosbohn,  She grew up on the farm where she was involved in 4-H.  Wanda graduated from Park Hill High School in 1958 where she was crowned the Homecoming Queen.  

Wanda married Donald Stubbs January 5, 1959 in Miami, OK.  In 1970 she and her young family moved to Hamilton and began farming in the New York community.  Wanda was a 4-H leader and worked tirelessly to help her husband and children become successful.  Outside of her home she worked as the county Farm Bureau secretary and also had a 19-year career at the Caldwell County FSA.  

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald; her parents; siblings-Bill, Betty, George, and Mary; and great-granddaughter, Cadence.  

Wanda is survived by children-Mark and Cindy Stubbs, Steve and Marla Stubbs, and Brenda and Dan McCleskey; grandchildren-Aimee, Lanna, Shane, Dillon, Megan and Maddie; and great-grandchildren-Callen, Benaiah, Sadie, Lizzy, Maggie, Gabriel and Aiden.  

A private graveside Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

Memorial donations may be made to Missouri 4-H.

Arrangements and cremation entrusted to Bram Funeral Home, Hamilton, MO.
