Arnold Lee Davis

Arnold Lee Davis, age 81, of Hamilton, MO, passed away at his home on Oct. 24, 2018, in Hamilton. He lived in Kingston and Kidder prior to moving to Hamilton.

Arnold was born on July 23, 1937, in Wakenda, to J.C. and Ruby (Leighty) Davis. He was a 1955 graduate of the New York High School, southeast of Hamilton. In the past, Arnold worked for the City of Hamilton as an employee of the water plant, and he was a farmer.

Arnold very much enjoyed working in his yard and gardening.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and a half-sister, Evelyn Shaney.

He married Oleta Mae McCrary on March 1, 1956, in Kingston. She survives of the home.

Additional survivors include his son, Jess (Laura) Davis of Grain Valley; two grandsons, Mark Davis of North Kansas City and Rick Davis of Independence; and two sisters, Barbara (Larry) Flinn of Phelan, CA and Betty (Ray) Dunscombe of Hamilton.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 30, at Bram Funeral Home in Hamilton. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Tuesday.
