Benny Lyle Fewins

Benjamin Lyle Fewins age 94, of Polo, passed away Feb. 16, 2022.

He was born March 10,1927 in Pisgah, IA to Floyd and Irene (Young) Fewins.

Benny was a United States Army Veteran, later returning home where he engaged in farming until retiring.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Irene; 2 sons, Dennis Lee and Robert Lyle; 2 sisters, Ila Archer and Leona Nordstrom; and brother, Phillip Fewins.

Survivors: wife, Irma, of the home; son, David Fewins of Sun City West, AZ; daughter, Linda (Paul) Coffaro of Polo; 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren; and sister, Katheryne Magill of Menomonee Falls, WI.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Feb. 21, 2022 at the Poland-Thompson Funeral Home in Cameron. Visitation is one hour prior to the service from 1-2 p.m.

Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery.
