Betty Ann Fitzwater

Betty Ann Fitzwater, age 79, a resident of Braymer, MO, passed away on Monday, Feb. 10, 2020, at her residence.

Betty was born the daughter of Royd Marvin and Claudine Stella (Wilds) Hull on Oct. 4, 1940, in Norborne. She was united in marriage to Ronnie Fitzwater on Nov. 29, 1963, in Black Oak. He preceded her in death on March 14, 2001. Betty owned and operated the Sandwich Shop in Braymer for 29 years, where she adopted many children over the years and made many friends.

Survivors include three sons, Mark Fitzwater (Peni) of Roswell, NM, Chris Fitzwater (Sylvia) of Braymer, and Dave Fitzwater of Braymer; one daughter, Robin Willis (Mark) of Braymer; ten grandchildren, Tyler, Aimee, Bryon, Misty, Kasey, Krystle, Kyle, Kaden, and Kassidy Fitzwater, and Brett Willis; two great-grandchildren; and one sister, Ruth Irvine of Kansas City.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one grandson, JR Fitzwater; two brothers, Bud Hull and Ralph Hull; and one sister, Frankie.

Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Pitts Funeral Home in Braymer on Saturday, Feb. 15, at 10:00 a.m. There is no scheduled visitation. Friends may call at the Lindley Pitts Funeral Home in Braymer on Friday, Feb. 14, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Braymer.
