Clarence “Brov” Todd

Clarence “Brov” Todd passed away unexpectedly at the Roundup Memorial Hospital on Nov. 4, 2020, at the age of 75. Brov was born Feb. 17, 1945, in Livingston, MT, to Donald and Helen Todd.

Brov graduated from Reed Point High School in 1963, and then attended mechanic school in Denver, CO. On June 20, 1965, he married Sandra Hetland in Big Timber, MT. They raised their three children Brett, Brenda, and Shelly on the family ranch on Work Creek.

In 2005, he moved to Braymer to help his sister Pat and brother-in-law Leonard on their family farm. Brov was a member of the Braymer Lions Club. He enjoyed playing dominoes and visiting with family and neighbors, but he dearly missed being close to his kids and the mountains of Montana’s Big Sky Country, so he moved back to Big Timber in 2016.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Donald (Sonny) Todd; and a sister, Peggy Todd.

Survivors include his son Brett (Julie) Todd of Big Timber, MT; daughters, Brenda (Terry) Baumgardner of Harlowton, MT, and Shelly (Greg) Schubert of Pierz, MN; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a sister, Pat Wiedmier of Braymer; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place and a service of remembrance will be held Nov. 14, 2020, in Big Timber, MT. Memorials can be made to Braymer Lions Club and sent to Patricia Wiedmier, 480 N.E. Proctorville Rd., Braymer, MO 64624. Online tributes can be left at stenbergfuneralhome.com.
