Constance “Renee” Huff
Constance “Renee” Huff, age 32, of Kidder, MO, passed away on April 11, 2018, in DeKalb County, the result of a car accident. She had lived in Hamilton and Pattonsburg and also in Roanoke, VA, before settling in Kidder a few months ago.
Renee was born on May 27, 1985, in Kansas City, to Ray Gene Garton and Connie Jean (Abner) Johnson. She attended school in Hamilton at Penney High School and West Platte in Weston. She worked as a regional coordinator for Rolling Hills Creative Living in Bethany.
Renee was a Christian and a hard working mom to her four children.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Bill Abner and her maternal uncle, Timothy Abner.
Survivors include her children, Landon Huff, Lacee Abner, Perry Huff, and Jackson Huff, all of the home; parents, Ray (Rhonda) Garton of Kidder and Connie Johnson of Chesapeake, VA; siblings, Samantha Johnson of Platte City, Michael (Vickie) Garton of Kearney, Rich (Rachelle) Wilson of Bay Springs, MS, Regina (Chris) Burnett of Hamilton, Teresa (Salvador) Garcia of Kansas City, and Brandon Garton of Lincoln; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; grandparents, Mary Ann and Glen Garton of Plattsburg and Sue Hufford of Warsaw; significant other, Jeff Brogan and family of Gallatin; dear friends, Brandy Wilson of Overland Park, KS and Garett (Summer) Large of Platte City; and many other family members and friends.
Cremation has been entrusted to Bram Funeral Home in Hamilton. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 16, 2018, at the Kidder Baptist Church. A visitation will be held at 3:30 on April 16, at the church prior to the service time. Inurnment will be held at a later date at the Kidder Cemetery.
