Doris “Jenell” Fields

Doris “Jenell” Fields, age 87, a resident of Raytown, MO, formerly of Braymer, passed away on Friday, Aug. 24, 2018, at Autumn Terrace in Raytown.

Jenell was born the daughter of Art and Florence (Trego) Fields on March 29, 1931, Ludlow. She spent her childhood in Caldwell County. She attended Easterville School, northwest of Braymer. Jenell attended the Hopewell Baptist Church in Cowgill. She loved attending church and working in her mother’s flower garden. She was a very kind and loving person.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, five sisters, and two brothers.

Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Pitts Funeral Home in Braymer on Wednesday, Aug. 29, at 10:00 a.m. There is no scheduled visitation. Friends may call at the funeral home in Braymer on Wednesday, Aug. 29, from 8:00 a.m. until the service time. Burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Braymer.
