Frank J. Kromeich

Frank J. Kromeich, age 81, of Liberty, MO, formerly of Hamilton, passed away on Feb. 18, 2016, at Cameron Veteran’s Home, after a long fight with Parkinsons. Frank was born on Sept. 20, 1934, in Hamilton, to Frank and Frances (Ludwig) Kromeich. He graduated from Penney High School in 1952. Frank married Margie (White) on Nov. 12, 1955, recently celebrating 60 years of marriage.

Frank worked as a mechanic for the Coca-Cola Bottling Company, before leaving to open his own garage in Hamilton. He later worked for the Caldwell County News for several years. Frank proudly served his country in the Army for eight years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, and two daughters, Linda and Angela Kromeich.

Frank is survived by his wife, Margie; daughter, Michelle (Terry) Clark; sons, Michael (Sandra) Kromeich and Anthony Kromeich, both of Liberty; grandchildren, Christopher Kromeich and Linda (Rollin) Hyde of Kansas City; and great-grandchildren, Tyler and Sophia Kromeich and McKenzie Hyde, whom he loved very much.

Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, Feb.22, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hamilton. A visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 21, at Bram Funeral Home in Hamilton. A Rosary will be held at 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Highland Cemetery in Hamilton. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Cameron Veteran’s Home or Comfort Care Hospice.
