Fredrick Phil McIntosh
Fredrick Phil McIntosh, age 83, of Hamilton, MO, passed away Nov. 20, 2016, at the Cameron Regional Medical Center in Cameron. He lived in Caldwell County most of his life, mostly in the towns of Nettleton and Hamilton.
Fred was born on Oct. 28, 1933, in Caldwell County, to George Homer and Sylvia Virginia Johnson McIntosh. He had worked in farming and agriculture. He honorably served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Harold, William “Ernie”, and Frank “Cook” McIntosh; and sister, Martha Culp.
Survivors include a niece, Patricia Miller of Warrenton and several other nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2016, at Bram Funeral Home in Hamilton. A visitation will be held from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m., one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be at Rose Hill Cemetery in Breckenridge. Military honors will be provided by the Hamilton American Legion Post #285.
