Sharon Esther Litton

Sharon Esther Litton, age 82, of Hamilton, MO, passed away on Jan. 19, 2019, at the Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph.

Sharon was the daughter of Sarah E. (Cline) and Glenn E. Baker. She was born in Cameron on March 5, 1936. She attended St. Rita’s Academy and Cameron High School and graduated in 1954. She married Ross Earl Litton in 1958. Sharon worked at the Stride Rite Shoe Factory in Hamilton, and was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Hamilton. She loved spending time with family and friends and also enjoyed reading, puzzles, and needlework.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister, Linda (Pearl) Trueblood; stepdaughter, Connie Goeken; two stepgrandsons; and an infant granddaughter.

Survivors include sons, Danny Litton of Fountain Valley, CA, and Roger Litton of Hamilton; brother, James M. Neal of Kearney; sister, Nancy J. Fore of McFall; stepdaughters, Karen Lampley of Fort Stockton, TX, and Donna Adami of Washburn, IL; 25 grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and a niece and nephews.

Cremation has been entrusted to Bram Funeral Home in Hamilton. An inurnment service will be held this Spring at the Highland Cemetery in Hamilton.
