Sherylyn (Guffey) Price, 75, of Tuscumbia, Missouri passed away Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at Miller County Nursing and Rehab in Tuscumbia, Missouri.  She was born March 8, 1950 in Chillicothe, Missouri the daughter of the late Robert Marcus and Alice “Madelon” (Murray) Guffey.  On July 1, 1984 in Columbia, Missouri she was united in marriage to Mark A. Price Sr. who preceded her in death on October 31, 2019.

Survivors include; Children, Deron Davis (Paula) of Hickman, NE; Jennifer Davis of Eldon, MO; Three Grandchildren, Taylor Davis, William Paul Keith V, Madison Davis; 

Great-Grandson, Jaxton Taylor; Step-Son, Mark Price Jr. (Mary Lou Stone) of Sunrise Beach, MO; Sister, Cindy McBee (Mark) of Hamilton, MO.

Along with her parents and husband, a step-daughter, Sandra Price preceded her in death.

Sherylyn previously lived in Cape Coral, FL from 1989-2018.

Per her wishes, her body has been cremated and services are planned for a later date.

In Lieu of Flowers, Memorials in her name are suggested to the Shriner’s Children’s Hospital.

Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.
