Wilma Jean Coffman Wilma Jean Coffman, aged 94, passed away on October 18, 2024, in Greeley, CO. Born on De cember 24, 1929, Wilma lived a life marked by in dependence, adventure, and dedication to edu cation. She spent many years as a beloved teacher in Cameron, Missouri, where she was cherished for her commitment to the growth and success of her students. Wilma traveled extensively, collecting unique art pieces from around the world, and maintained a vi brant involvement in the P.E.O. organization, support ing and inspiring women nationwide. Her hobbies also included reading, antiquing, photography, and socializing with friends. She was a long-time member of the Hamilton Federated Church, where she found a loving community. In later years, Wilma cherished the time spent on her farm, engaging in bridge, crossword puzzles, and enjoying visits from family and friends. Her home was a hub of warmth, refl ecting her ever-present smile and love for good company. Wilma’s legacy is carried on by her granddaugh ters, Brittany (partner Miles), Alyssa, and Catherine (husband Daniel), along with her great-grandchildren, Miles Junior, Jaxson, Laszlo, and Kevin. She was pre ceded in death by her son, Gregg Heath Coffman; her husband, Richard Coffman; and her siblings, Dorothy, Esther, Clarence, and Elton. A memorial service to celebrate Wilma’s life will be held at the Federated Church, Hamilton, MO., on Sunday, November 3, 2024, at 2 p.m. In lieu of fl ow ers, contributions in her honor may be made to the Hamilton Federated Church or to P.E.O. International, refl ecting her lifelong commitment to faith and the em powerment of women
