Breckenridge Man Charged Arrested Following Standoff

Damion Micah Bergen, 34, was arrested Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2022, after a standoff with negotiators from Cameron Police Department and Clinton County Sheriff’s Department without incident. No injuries were reported during the standoff.
Bergen, had an active no bond felony arrest warrant in Caldwell County. He has been charged with nine counts of child molestation and three counts of sexual abuse. Bergen is currently in custody and being held on no bond.
